A Note from the TLC Board:
After prayerful consideration and extensive planning, the Board of Directors of TLC Pregnancy Services is pleased to announce that we are merging with Alliance Family Services. This merger will allow TLC to expand its reach to abortion-minded women, strengthen its programs, and continue the work that faithful TLC donors have made possible.

While TLC will merge into AFS, our commitment to our community and the Biblical values we care about remain unchanged. The programs and initiatives you have supported will continue with added capacity and stability. Our leadership teams and boards have thoughtfully aligned to ensure continuity with our Gospel-centered outreach and witness.

This merger is not just a structural change; it is a strategic investment in the lives of hundreds or thousands of unborn children that will have a future because of taking this step. We hope that you will begin, or continue, to support this initiative in the suburbs of Chicago, where there is such incredible need.

We are thrilled to be joining Alliance Family Services and adding 2 locations and a mobile clinic to their already thriving reproductive healthcare clinic network. This is one additional step toward competing directly with big abortion and building a life-affirming, nationwide clinic brand known for its medical excellence and unwavering Christian compassion.

TLC Clinics are joining with an established organization with a significant presence in SE Wisconsin and N Illinois. This merger will allow the TLC clinics to operate with greater efficiency, and for more of the donor dollar to go directly to our life-saving, Gospel-proclaiming work!

While not all of the below services are currently available at the TLC Clinics, our goal is to have them all up and running as quickly as possible. We currently provide pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, options counseling and abortion pill reversal. Alliance Family Services is a nonprofit organization providing compassionate, life-affirming healthcare and support services to women and families.​ TLC Pregnancy Services of Elgin and Schaumburg, Illinois is in the process of merging with Alliance Family Services. While legal finalization is underway, services at these locations continue to be provided.​ Donations designated for TLC Pregnancy Services will continue to be used to support women and families served through the Chicago-area clinics.
