2026 Mid-Year Update

It’s hard to believe, but we're halfway through the year! I wanted to pause and share what's happened over these past six months.
We are now in the final stages of completing something that only God could have orchestrated. TLC Pregnancy Services has joined Alliance Family Services in Chicago, and we now have two physical locations and a mobile clinic right in the middle of one of the largest “abortion destinations” in the country. I'm honestly still a little overwhelmed thinking about what this means. We are able to provide alternatives to abortion and reach the countless women who are pursuing abortion in one of the busiest metro areas of the nation.
One of my favorite parts of this merger has been that Alliance has been able to park a beautiful medical mobile unit right in front of Family Planning Associates, the busiest abortion provider in Chicago. Moms walking into that building are now seeing another option before they walk through those doors! Our goal is to soon have that mobile unit out there 6 days a week.
We’ve partnered with Juan Elias-Riesco and his sidewalk advocacy team with Love Life. They are phenomenal at being present on the sidewalk. Working in partnership with them, we have been able to see at least one woman every day that we’ve had the mobile clinic out there! The spiritual battle has been intense. The abortionist who works in that clinic has come out several times seeking to persuade women away from the free services available to them on our mobile. We will continue to do everything we can to appeal for life in these places of death.
About a year ago, I was approached by some church leaders in Fargo, ND and we started dreaming about opening a clinic there. It has been incredible to see how rapidly the church in that area mobilized to make it happen! As the AFS team in Fargo began remodeling and preparing the clinic space, nearly all of the labor and materials were donated. Every time a need surfaced, someone stepped forward with exactly the skill or funding to meet it. If you speak to Rachel Letvin, the regional director in Fargo, she will say she didn't orchestrate that on her own. God and the local church in Fargo did this together!
And then there's Tennessee. This year, Alliance sent staff members, some of them post-abortive women who courageously shared their own stories, into rooms with legislators to advocate for equal protection for children in the womb through a bill called HB 570. Some data suggests support for equal protection among Republican voters in Tennessee climbed from about 16 percent to nearly 50 percent. That's a real shift in hearts and minds toward Biblical faithfulness, and I'm grateful Alliance got to play a part in it.
We are so privileged to do this work! It is because of your faithfulness and the favor of the Lord that we have these praise reports. Every life saved, every family served, every opportunity to share the Gospel all traces back to your faithfulness. Thank you for trusting Alliance with your generosity. I can't wait to show you what the second half of the year holds!
In Christ,
