Lake Michigan Region Update - September 9, 2026

This month, I want to rejoice with you and ask you to join us in prayer.

One of our moms brought her boyfriend to an ultrasound appointment. She was considering an abortion, and he told her he'd support whatever she decided. While she was in her appointment, he waited in the lobby, and our office manager sat with him there. He shared that he believed in God and had been raised in the church, but he admitted he didn't fully understand the Gospel. So she shared the gospel with him. . She explained why Jesus died on the cross and what it means to have a real relationship with him, not just a religious upbringing. Right there in that lobby, he gave his life to Christ.

She gave him a tract to read with his girlfriend, and she kept talking with him about how abortion was never God's plan for this baby. By the time his girlfriend came out of her appointment, he had changed his mind, and he became the one encouraging her to choose life. She has kept coming back for case management and a follow-up ultrasound, and they both know our doors stay open to them for as long as they need us. Salvation and a life saved, in the same afternoon, in the same lobby. Only God does that.

We know He has heard our prayers for this baby, and I'd love for you to join me in praying for two things this month.

First, pray for our Walk for Life on September 26th at 9am at Petrifying Springs Park in Kenosha. Pray that we would find volunteers in every area, for our financial goals to be met, for good weather, and that our presence in that park would open doors to share the Gospel with everyone who walks by.

Second, we've developed an abstinence curriculum that's federally approved for use in schools. We're actively pursuing opportunities to bring it into classrooms and teach students about healthy relationships, the benefits of waiting, and what really drives young people toward premarital sex. Pray with us for an open door.
